How it works

From regulator website to your inbox

Five steps, every hour, so you hear about regulatory change without checking each website yourself.

  1. 01

    We watch the sources

Every hour we check the public pages and feeds of the regulators and industry bodies we cover, currently APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, Treasury, the RBA, the OAIC, the FSC, the ABA, AusPayNet and AP+. Only publications we have not seen before are picked up, so you are not sent the same item twice.

  2. 02

    We read and summarise

For each new publication we read the full text and prepare a short plain-English summary using automated tools, including artificial intelligence. The summary covers what changed, who is affected and any key dates, such as when submissions close, with a link to the original publication.

  3. 03

    We check the quotes

Every quotation in a summary is matched against the original text. If a quote cannot be matched, we withhold the summary and send you the title and a link to the source instead, so you never receive an unchecked quote.

  4. 04

    We tag and prioritise

Each item is tagged with up to three topics, such as superannuation, payments or enforcement, and flagged as high priority when it concerns things like consultations, penalties or deadlines.

  5. 05

    You get the alert

Receive one digest email each morning, with items grouped under "Relevant to you" and a short "Also worth a look" list so nothing close to your topics is missed. You can add urgent alerts for high-priority items, which are bundled into a single email. Change your choices or unsubscribe at any time from any email.

General information only. Summaries are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. They may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the source and get advice on your situation before acting.

Common questions

Which regulators and bodies do you monitor?

We currently monitor APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, Treasury, the RBA, the OAIC (media releases), the FSC, the ABA, AusPayNet and AP+, using publicly accessible material only. We are adding more regulators, legislation sources and industry bodies, and this list will grow. Courts, tribunals and state and territory sources are not covered, and coverage can vary if a source restricts access.

How are alerts delivered?

By email. The default is one daily digest: items matching your topics come first, followed by a short list of items that may touch them. You can also choose urgent alerts for high-priority items, sent as one bundled email rather than one per item. You choose when you sign up and can change it at any time.

How are the summaries prepared?

Summaries are prepared from the full published text using automated tools, including artificial intelligence. Any quote must appear in the source, otherwise we send the title and link only. A quote check doesn't guarantee a summary is accurate or complete. Summaries are general information, not legal advice, so always read the source.

What data do you hold?

For alerts, only your email address and delivery preferences. You don't upload documents.

Where are summaries processed?

Not guaranteed to be in Australia. The text of public regulatory documents is sent to a third-party AI provider to help prepare summaries, and processing may take place outside Australia. No subscriber personal information is included.

Does it replace our compliance team?

No. It helps your team spot and understand changes sooner. Decisions and advice stay with your people and advisers.

Does it analyse our documents or connect to our systems?

No. We monitor public sources only. It doesn't take in your documents or connect to your other systems.

How long does it take to get started?

About a minute: enter your email below and choose how you'd like to hear.
